Our Services
Same Day Marriage Licenses and Ceremonies available! Say "I do" stress-free and make your commitment official with us.
Marriage License Issuance + Civil Ceremony (Same Day)
This is the simplest, fastest, and most complete way to get legally married in California. We handle everything in one appointment—the marriage license issuance and the civil ceremony—so there’s no courthouse stress, no multiple appointments, and no waiting weeks to be legally married. Perfect for couples who want it done correctly, privately, and immediately, including international couples, military couples, and last-minute elopements.
You leave your appointment legally married the same day, with your marriage license properly completed and submitted.
Official California Marriage License Issuance
Already have an officiant or planning to get married later? This service is for couples who need only the marriage license issued, without a ceremony at the time of appointment. We verify your eligibility, issue the official California marriage license, and explain exactly how and when it must be completed to remain valid.
Ideal for couples coordinating a future ceremony, religious wedding, destination wedding, or private officiant.
Marriage Ceremony / Officiant Only
This option is for couples who already have a valid California marriage license and need a licensed officiant to legally perform the ceremony. Whether you want a quick legal signing or a short personalized civil ceremony, we ensure the marriage is solemnized correctly and compliant with California law.
Great for couples who obtained their license elsewhere or earlier and now need the ceremony completed.
How it Works
Step 01
Book Your Appointment
Choose the service that fits your needs—Full Legal Marriage, Marriage License Only, or Ceremony Only—and select your preferred date and location. Same-day and last-minute appointments are available, including weekends and holidays.
You’ll receive clear instructions on what to bring, so there’s no confusion or delays.
Step 02
Verify Identity & Complete Legal Requirements
At your appointment, we verify valid government-issued IDs, confirm eligibility, and complete all required California marriage documentation. For full legal marriages, the marriage license is issued on the spot. Everything is reviewed carefully to ensure your marriage is legally valid with no errors.
This step replaces courthouse lines, separate clerk visits, and multiple appointments.
Step 03
Ceremony & Legal Finalization
For couples having a ceremony, the officiant performs the civil marriage immediately after the license is issued (or using your existing license). The marriage license is properly signed, finalized, and submitted according to California law.
You are legally married that day, and certified copies are later issued by the county for your records, name change, immigration, benefits, or international use.
